Terms & Conditions
To register for the VIP Sleepers Club you must be of legal age (18 years of age or older, or 13 years of age if you have parental consent).
You authorise SleepDrops (or our designated third party payment processor that we partner with) to charge your payment card for all payments for your VIP Sleepers Club and you accept that SleepDrops will charge your credit card when your order payment is due.
The bank who issued your credit card may control when to release funds in the case of an order cancellation or refund.
Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon: (a) you providing complete personal, account, transaction and any other information needed, (b) authorisation of the payment by your credit or debit Card Company, and (c) acceptance of your payment.
When you sign up for a VIP Sleepers Club Membership, you will be immediately billed according to the payment schedule you have chosen (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and that will be the first payment of your plan for the first order you receive. Thereafter, your credit card will automatically be charged on a recurring basis unless you cancel the membership (see cancellation for more details).
You will need to make sure that you have available funds for the selected billing schedule. If the credit card that you have used to register for the VIP membership declines, we will re-try the transaction within 24 hours. If the payment fails again, then your membership will be put on hold and you will need to contact us directly to update your payment details. If no contact is made, the SleepDrops accounts team will contact you directly to make payment. If we are unable to contact you, and you make no attempt to contact us, your account will be referred to a third party collections agency. SleepDrops will not be responsible for any bank fees that have been incurred due to your credit card declining, or any fees that are incurred by a third party collections agency in collecting your payment. You will be responsible for covering these costs.
How it works:
When registering for the VIP Sleepers Club, you will choose an initial plan and your chosen products will be delivered on a recurring monthly cycle. The combinations available are available to view at www.sleepdrops.co.nz/vip.
You will have the ability to swap the base supplement product or Adults drops you have chosen, as long as you contact us 2 weeks prior to dispatch and make the request over the phone. You may only swap your Adult drops for another Adults drops product, and base product for the other base product. The premium SleepDrops Adults drops products includes, SleepDrops for Adults, SleepDrops Menopauzzz, SleepDrops Menzzz and Daytime Revive only. You may only swap your base product for the other base product. The SleepDrops base supplement products includes CleverSleep and Essential Sleep and Stress Nutrients.
In the case that an item is out of stock, SleepDrops will give you the option to replace the item for another SleepDrops product to the same value or to pause the order until the item is replenished.
Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
There is no fee or charge to cancel a membership. You will only be liable for the balance outstanding on an order that has already been dispatched and is not fully paid for. This must be paid.
Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames stated below. All outstanding monies owing to SleepDrops will be paid in full for all of the Products that has been made available to you.
As the VIP Sleepers Club runs on a monthly cycle, the cut-off date and time for cancelling is 7 working days prior to your next payment cycle (this applies to all weekly, fortnightly and monthly payments). If you do not cancel your membership online or by phoning us before the next billing cycle and payments are made during the billing cycle, you will not be entitled to a refund but will be given credit to use on any SleepDrops product.
We will deliver your products to the listed physical address on your account free of charge within New Zealand.
Due to courier service restrictions we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
All customers outside of New Zealand will incur all international shipping costs. This is done at cost.
If you change your delivery address or contact details, you will need to advise SleepDrops at least 2 days prior to dispatch to ensure that the package is sent to the correct address.
Any errors made in providing details to SleepDrops is your responsibility. SleepDrops will not be liable for consequences that relate to any errors, including but not limited to; failure to send packages to the correct address.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment you will need to contact SleepDrops as soon as possible with photographic evidence of damage to allow us to replace your product.
SleepDrops has the absolute discretion to refuse the membership application of a potential customer for any reason whatsoever.
Sleepdrops may cancel a membership at any time without prior notice.
Every 3 months from the initial date of purchase you will be sent a gift from the VIP Sleepers Club gift menu.
All delivery terms and conditions apply to the delivery of gifts.
Gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or alternative products.
You must not join the VIP Sleepers Club for the purpose of reselling products.
Reselling products that you have received from the VIP Sleepers Club will result in immediate termination of your membership.
Professional Sleep Consultations:
As a VIP Sleepers Club member, you will have access to our team of Naturopathic Sleep Specialists at the SleepDrops.
You are entitled to 1 x free 15 minute phone consultation every month from our Naturopathic Sleep Specialist for support and guidance.
You will need to call 0800 345 999 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a 15 minute phone consultation.
Neither party will be liable to the other for any breach or failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement where such breach or failure is caused by war, civil commotion, hostility, act of terrorism, strike, lockout, other industrial act, weather phenomena or other act of God, governmental regulation or direction, or any other cause beyond that party’s reasonable control whether similar to any of the foregoing or not.
No delay, neglect or forbearance by a party in enforcing against the other any provision of this Agreement will be a waiver, or in any way prejudice any right, of that party.
None of the provisions of this Agreement will be considered to be waived by a party except when such waiver is given in writing.
No waiver by a party of any breach will be deemed a waiver of any continuing or re-occurring breach unless it is expressly agreed to be so in writing by the parties.
If any provision or part of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, this Agreement will be deemed to be amended by the addition or deletion of wording as appropriate to remove the invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision or part but otherwise to retain the provision and the other provisions of this Agreement to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
