Cost of shipping

SleepDrops offers free shipping within New Zealand when an order of greater or equal value to $75 is placed through the SleepDrops Store. If an order placed on the SleepDrops store is less value than $75, SleepDrops will charge $5.00 for shipping within New Zealand.

Oura rings are widely considered the most accurate wearable sleep tracker. Our team have been wearing them for over 2.5 years and consider them to be fantastic.
Oura recently released their gen 4 ring which is sleeker but consumer reports show it’s potentially not holding battery as long as the gen3.
We don’t want our customers tracking sleep to lose power in the night so these give away rings are Gen3.
We think they are epic. The tracking and functionality and ease of use is awesome.
To be eligible to win you must purchase any SleepDrops product from any reseller of SleepDrops anywhere in NZ.
You must register on our website, you must upload your receipt or if you purchase was on the SleepDrops website, let us know your order number via the website form.
You must agree for us to be able to contact you.
If you decide you do not wish to receive the ring allocated to you for any reason no compensation is offered in exchange for the ring.
We are not offering cash or any kind of alternative.
Competition date is December 1st 2024 until 31st of December 2024
Winners will be announced sometime in January once all winners have been notified.
SleepDrops reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time or disqualify registrants for any reason and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this decision.

Returns Policy for Subscription Orders

Failure to cancel an order before 7 business days prior to the next shipment date may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, the customer may return these and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened.
Note if the seal is broken on any products they cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once received at the SleepDrops Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned products. Please note, cancellation and return fees apply and are at the discretion of the SleepDrops team.

Refunds may take 6 – 10 business days to process and show in your account. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is not included in the purchase price of SleepDrops products listed on the SleepDrops online store.
