SleepDrops offers free shipping within New Zealand when an order of greater or equal value to $75 is placed through the SleepDrops Store. If an order placed on the SleepDrops store is less value than $75, SleepDrops will charge $7.50 for shipping within New Zealand.

Returns Policy for Subscription Orders

Failure to cancel an order before 7 business days prior to the next shipment date may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, the customer may return these and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened.
Note if the seal is broken on any products they cannot be returned.

SleepDrops Refund
Refunds

Once received at the SleepDrops Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned products. Please note, cancellation and return fees apply and are at the discretion of the SleepDrops team.

Refunds may take 6 – 10 business days to process and show in your account. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.
