SleepDrops for Adults 50ml

General Directions for use:
Phase One:
For 5 nights take 5 to 10 drops under tongue 1/2 hourly starting 2 hours before bed. If you wake during the night, take one dose and repeat 1/2 hourly if necessary.

Phase Two: From the 6th night ongoing – Take 5 to 10 drops under tongue 1/2 hour before bed & once more immediately before retiring. If you wake in the night take one dose & repeat 1/2 hourly if necessary

Note: if you are a slight build or you are sensitive to medication take only 5 drops per dose.

Healthy Sleep 180’s

Adults: Take 3-6 capsules daily at night before bed with water. 6 Capsules are the highly recommended dose.

Children’s doses change depending on age:

Children 6 to 12 years: Take 3 capsules with diluted juice each night before bed. Capsules can be opened and mixed with the juice if preferred.

Children 2 to 5 years: Open 1-3 capsules and add to a small amount of diluted juice.

At full Adult dose, an 84 capsules bottle contains two weeks supply.

For best results: we recommend taking the product for a minimum of one month and ongoing as needed.

Daytime Revive 30ml

Begin the day with 5 to 10 drops under the tongue for a great start to the day. Repeat at morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

In times of acute anxiety, stress, or energy support – take 4 doses of 5 to 10 drops under the tongue each spaced 5 minutes apart.

Use as often as needed or when support is needed in situations such as public speaking, exams, emotional upsets or when you need it.

Healthy Sleep 180’s

Anyone with an allergy or sensitivity to one or any of the ingredients.

Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications. Healthy Sleep should be administered at least 2 hours apart from tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics.

If you are taking Warfarin we insist that you inform your Doctor of your decision to take this product and recommend regular checking with them to ensure your safety and wellbeing.

Daytime Revive 30ml

You can take Daytime Revive later in the day if you wish, but if you take them too late you may run the risk of them keeping you awake as they are energising, so please monitor this.
