Keep on your bedside table for easy access.
• Take 1–2 sprays under the tongue approximately 5 minutes before turning out the light.
• Keep the remedy in your mouth for approx. 30 seconds while lying back down and practising slow, deep breathing.
• Silently repeat the mantra: “I am sleepy now” while breathing until you fall back asleep.
• Take up to 3 additional sprays to support sleep.
• Take another spray each time you wake during the night.

Healthy Sleep Capsules
Adults (13+ years): Take 6 capsules daily at night before bed with water.
Capsules can be opened and added to diluted juice or water.
Children:
• 9–13 years: 3–6 capsules
• 4–8 years: 2 capsules
• 1–3 years: 1 capsule
Use for a minimum of one month and ongoing for best results.
