Menopauzzz Night & Day with Shatavari is designed to allow flexible dosing to suit individual day-night rhythm, while staying within the recommended 2ml daily dose.
Dosing may be adjusted depending on when support is most needed.
- If nighttime is more challenging, then: Take 2 ml under the tongue one hour before bedtime.
- If daytime support is preferred then: Take 2ml during the day, such as 1ml on waking and 1ml at lunch.
- A spilt night and day dose may also be used: e.g. 1ml one hour before bed and 1ml on waking.
