1. Gently peel apart the paper backing.
2. Apply the tape horizontally over your mouth – stretch wider for improved breathability.

How to remove the sleep tape:
The longer the tape is applied the more firmly it will become secured.
• Easily remove the tape by poking out your tongue and making a circular motion to wet the adhesive from the inside and gently peel away.
• Alternatively, roll the tape down from the top-middle of your mouth, rather than peeling it away from the corner.
