SleepDrops for Babies 30ml

Give the baby or toddler 1-3 drops before putting them down for day naps and night sleeps consistently. This can be repeated if they are having trouble getting to sleep. Repeat if the baby or toddler wakes during the night or day sleep. The drops can also be used during the day if the baby or toddler gets overtired, distressed and unsettled.

If the child is breast fed the mother can take Essential Sleep and Stress Nutrients Capsules to support magnesium levels of her breast milk.

Healthy Sleep 180’s

Adults: Take 3-6 capsules daily at night before bed with water. 6 Capsules are the highly recommended dose.
Children’s doses change depending on age:
Children 6 to 12 years: Take 3 capsules with diluted juice each night before bed. Capsules can be opened and mixed with the juice if preferred.
Children 2 to 5 years: Open 1-3 capsules and add to a small amount of diluted juice.
At full Adult dose, an 84 capsules bottle contains two weeks supply.
For best results: we recommend taking the product for a minimum of one month and ongoing as needed.

Infants sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients should avoid this product.

There is 0.005grams of dried herb equivalent per 5 drops dose so herb/drug interactions should be impossible.

Anyone with an allergy or sensitivity to one or any of the ingredients.
Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications. Healthy Sleep should be administered at least 2 hours apart from tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics.
