SleepDrops offers free shipping within New Zealand when an order of greater or equal value to $75 is placed through the SleepDrops Store. If an order placed on the SleepDrops store is less value than $75, SleepDrops will charge $5.00 for shipping within New Zealand.

Shipping charges apply for all international orders. A standard shipping charge the rest of the world will be added to the order at the time of purchase.

SleepDrops reserves the rights to cancel this competition offer, without warning,  even once awarded if there is reason to believe the products are not being used, being sold or product or brand integrity is being breached or compromised. This decision is reserved by SleepDrops and no further correspondence will be entered into once such a decision is being made.

Returns Policy

All returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase. Any return outside of 14 days will not be accepted and refunded and will be shipped back to the customer. Product must be unopened, with the tamper seal still intact, and returned in its original packaging.

Returns Policy for Subscription Orders

Failure to cancel an order before 7 business days prior to the next shipment date may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, the customer may return these and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened.
Note if the seal is broken on any products they cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once received at the SleepDrops Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned products. Please note, cancellation and return fees apply and are at the discretion of the SleepDrops team.

Refunds may take 6 – 10 business days to process and show in your account. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is not included in the purchase price of SleepDrops products listed on the SleepDrops online store.
